Rutvik Tejani retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the software, including all intellectual property rights. This agreement does not grant Maruti Bags any ownership rights in the software.

5. Termination

Rutvik Tejani reserves the right to terminate this license agreement if any terms are breached. Upon termination, Maruti Bags must cease all use of the software and destroy all copies in its possession.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided "as is" without any warranties. Rutvik Tejani disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

Rutvik Tejani shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Surat District.
